Sometimes there are challenges in life, and the everyday strategies we have for working things out aren't always enough. It might be that you are experiencing problems in relationships. You might be feeling low, or anxious or have experienced a loss and are grieving. You may feel stuck and just have a sense that your life isn't as you want it.
At these times therapy may be helpful. I provide a supportive and confidential space where you can share your thoughts and feelings, explore and understand your difficulties.
